We enjoy the sun and feel its energy and the effect it has on our body. We really live up when spring comes with its first sunbeams.
Especially in countries like Germany, where is not too much sun, should people try to use other energy sources.
If you have the pleasure to live in a sunny country, there is a basic rule: you should enjoy the sun for at least 15 – 20 minutes daily. This provides the human body with energy and besides that, it contributes to the creation of Vitamin B.
Have a break, sit down and enjoy the sun, wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt. This is already enough to get some solar energy.
Watch out! Too extented sunbathes withdraw energy from the body!
